Cancellation Policy

All private lesson cancellations must be given before 24 hours of the appointment. For any cancellations after 24 hours, you will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Any group class cancellations will be a forfeiture of the lesson. Private make-ups may be permitted at the trainer’s discretion.
If a student requests a refund 14 calendar days in advance of the class start date it will include a 4% non-refundable processing fee.
If a student requests a refund less than 14 calendar days in advance of the class start date it will include a 10% non-refundable processing fee.
If a student requests a refund after a class or package has started, the refund amount will be prorated based on the last attended lesson and include a 15% non-refundable processing fee
